Administration Roles: 

Invoicing Administrator 

The Invoicing Administrator will take an active and hands on role in working daily with the Finance, Inventory, Customer Service and Sales teams. You will interact with many stakeholders internal and external to the business, including our key customers. This role has a high level of data entry involved, so attention to detail and process accuracy is a must have.


The role involves picking and packing orders for our trade customers, loading and unloading trucks, face to face sales with our calling customers, and general yard work.

Previous industry experience is essential, along with attention to detail and pride in your workplace and a desire to interact with our valuable customers to ensure their experience is exceptional.

Forkhoist Cert or F endorsement is required with a Class 2 license beneficial.

Frame & Truss manufacturing: 

With a brand new year comes all sorts of new opportunities, and Dayle ITM is no exception! We currently have vacancies at our Avondale, East Tamaki, and Kopu locations for skilled individuals to join our team in frame and truss manufacturing.

We are looking for experienced frame and truss manufacturers to join our new production facility. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce timber framing components, as well as carrying out quality control checks.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a modern manufacturing environment. We offer competitive rates of pay and plenty of overtime is available.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in frame and truss manufacture. You must also be able to work independently and be proactive in problem solving.
